My practice is open to individuals (ages 12 and up) and couples of all ages. Through the use of psychodynamic, depth psychology, somatic and embodied therapies clients are invited to inquire and get to know themselves in embodied and more authentic ways and to compassionately change painful patterns that may add to accumulation and pain both internally and in relationships. I am especially passionate about working with changing relationships, breaking up better (Conscious Uncoupling Coach, certification pending), women in transition and creatives/artists (dancers, musicians, actors). I believe that all beings have an innate capacity to self-heal and self-organize.
