Yoga Soup

Through a combination of yoga asana and fluid movements, this class will guide you into a deep connection with the power and grace of your body and breath. Ground and expand as you move through sequences designed to open, strengthen and fortify. This beginner to intermediate fitness and yoga class is heat-building and powerfully-paced.

Yoga (to yolk or unify) and Pilates (originally called contrology; the art of control) are overlapping and complementary practices that may awaken and enliven the life force energy, calm your mind and have you standing a little bit taller.
This practice is a mindful and creative fusion of Pilates and yoga principles. While exploring posture, alignment and core strength the practice is grounded in the heart and spirit of yoga. Many students note feeling taller, stronger and more centered in their body, mind and spirit after practicing yogalates.
